Objective

• The students have ability to plan, carry out and evaluate the company’s operation from a leadership perspective
• The students have knowledge about what work as a manager means within field of interest and have basic preparedness to function as a manager in the beauty industry
• The students have developed a deeper insight in fields of the beauty industry
• The students can reflect over own work effort
• The student can analyze organizational culture and give proposals for development
• The students have developed their own profession by reflecting on their leadership style in different work situations
• The students can apply, analyze and develop an approach that promotes sustainable development

Internship weeks 10-22, 2 March - 29 May 2026 at own internship place.

Materials

According to the supervisor´s instructions and the company's guidelines and rules.
Students follow the thesis writing instructions for Novia UAS.

Guidance by supervisor at internship place and guidance by teacher.

Internship is carried out in working life according to student's interest in Beauty and Cosmetic industry area.
