Objective
• The students are familiar with internal and external beauty and body positivity and its role in the beauty industry
• The students understand how internal and external beauty affect the wellness of the client
• The students understand the significance of mental wellness, attained through exercise and mindfulness
• The students understand the significance of health, attained through healthy food and exercise
• The students are familiar with and can apply different methods of improving the clients health and wellness
• The students can apply, analyze and develop an approach that promotes social, economical and ecological sustainability for beauty ideals, body image, mental wellness, food, exercise and health
