Objective
The student:
- is familiar with internal and external beauty and body positivity
- understands how beauty affects the individual's wellbeing and self-image
- can achieve and maintain work-life balance through personal strategies
- understands the significance of mental wellness, attained through mindfulness and stress management
- understands the significance of health, attained through nutrition and exercise
- can apply strategies for personal health, wellness, and sustainable living
