Objective

The student:​
- is familiar with internal and external beauty and body positivity​
- understands how beauty affects the individual's wellbeing and self-image​
- can achieve and maintain work-life balance through personal strategies​
- understands the significance of mental wellness, attained through mindfulness and stress management​
- understands the significance of health, attained through nutrition and exercise​
- can apply strategies for personal health, wellness, and sustainable living​
