Objective

Student:
• knows the builder's/responsible supervisor's duties as a supervisor
• can carry out planning as well as monitoring and quality assurance of the realization of individual construction works
• based on contractual documents, can plan and organize production and perform project management of individual contracts and smaller construction projects
• can use a schedule in the supervisor's tasks during the construction phase and understands the importance for the final result and overall economy

Content

To draw up a simple general timetable for a small construction project based on contract documents, and to plan and organize production for the construction project with the help of RATU and RT.
To use timetables in supervisor tasks and to understand the importance for the final result and overall economy (quality, working time and resource consumption in relation to contract times and contracts).
Making a site plan for a major construction project.
Knowing the management tasks in connection with a major construction, i.e. what is good leadership.
To understand the tasks and responsibilities as a supervisor in the construction of single-family houses and, according to the authorities' requirements, be able to monitor and make inspection reports for both single-family house construction and larger construction projects.
