Objective

The student
- can draw up a comprehensive financial plan with alternative production calculations and can calculate the profitability and liquidity of the various alternatives
- can make investment calculations based on current regulations on investment and other business support
- knows the company's payment movement and how it can be managed as well as factors that affect it
- knows about financing opportunities for rural businesses
- can estimate the value of an agricultural and forestry property

Company's investment process (significant stages)
Investment calculations and assessment of the profitability of investments, especially with regard to the company's financial position
Investment planning and liquidity management
Agriculture's national investment aid and EU support structures / support systems
Basics of production theory, stake - return relationship, stake - stake relationship and product - product relationship
Basic cost theory
Agricultural risks, risk management and risk minimization, especially considering large investments
Cash flows in the company and factors that affect them
The financial system, including the stock and financial markets
Various financing options
Invoicing and management of the company's payment operations
The company's income statement and balance sheet
The effect of taxation on the company's cash flows
