Objective

- Knowledge of Psychological Support and Risk Factors related to Flight and Migration
- Understanding of culturally bound Factors that may influence the Integration Process
- Knowledge of the Theoretical Foundation of MindSpring
- Tools to apply MindSpring in accordance with the Manuals in a group of either Children, Youth, or Adults
- Tools to manage Emotions, Opinions, and Conflicts within a Support Group

- Introduction to MindSpring as a Method and Practice
- Psychosocial Support and Psychoeducation among Refugees and Immigrants (First, Second, and Third Generation)
- Group dynamics in a Support Group
- Introduction to the MindSpring Manuals for Children, Youth, and Adults
- Selected themes and exercises from the Manuals
- Planning group implementation according to the MindSpring Method
- Trauma-informed approach
