Objective

The student can
• Define digital transformation and AI and the impact for managers.
• Understands the benefits of digitalization of work processes and the impact of disruptive technologies
• Understands digitalization within stakeholder networks and an organization’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategies.
• Can analyze, strategize, and innovate digital transformation for organizational goals.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student has a basic understanding on course topics, but the activity and results are not yet convincing.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student understands the concepts discussed during the course and can implement the gathered insights in development projects that generate results.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student has strong insights on course topics and theories and can implement this information in a creative and sovereign way and reach relevant results.

Further information

Recognition of prior learning (RPL)
If students have acquired the required competence in previous work tasks, recreational activities or on another course, they can show their competence via a demonstration. The demonstration must be agreed with the course teacher.

The course can be replaced by another similar course at Master’s level (EQF7). However, the student must apply for replacement in Peppi.
