Objective

After the course student will have a deeper knowledge of the process in songwriting for the international market and tools and methods for teamworking in the music industry.

Content

• Introduction to songwriting-topline-production
• Writing songs for yourself as an artist or other artists
• Lyrics workshop
• Get creative in songwriting groups
• Meet an A&R "from the labels point of view"
• How to release and promote your own music
• Perfect opportunity for independent artists!
• Each student should write at least two songs during the course with personal feedback and coaching.
• Assignments and theory.
• The language of the course is English.

For approval active participation, completed tasks, active co-creation, and initiatives are counted.

Qualifications

Target Group:
Songwriters, Producers, Top-liners, Musicians and Music teachers who wants to develop skills in songwriting on an international level.


Strong knowledge in working with DAW-programs such as Logic, Ableton, Cubase, Protools.
Experiences from music production and songwriting and the music industry.
