Objective

The student
- knows the resources and their flows.
- knows different farming systems and their flows.
- knows and can use Permaculture Zones and Sector Analysis.
- knows and can use GIS as a tool for Analysis and Planning.

Content

- Resources and their flows (soil, water, energy, nutrients).
- Different farming systems and their flows (polyculture, agroforestry and regenerative agriculture).
- Analysis and Planning in GIS. To analyze data; zones, sun, wind, water. Get patterns in time and space.
- Co-creation and Co-production. The students deepens their knowledge in one-two fields of interest and share the information with the other students.

Qualifications

No prior knowledge needed.

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

It takes active participation in the studies to get an approved accomplishment from the course. The students also needs to hand in assignments, co-create and co-produces, participate in discussions and so on to accomplish the course.

Materials

Books, articles, videos and other study material according to the teachers instructions.

The students need access to a computer / ipad with an internet connection. Students also needs a headset with a microphone.
