The education module is aimed at people who are interested in the property business. The module will provide an understanding of the business environment and the real estate manager's role in managing the property company. The education also deals with legal aspects related to property management and provides relevant communication skills for the industry.

Objective
The student:
Knows the operating environment, board work and the industry's ethics and sustainability
Gain an understanding of the real estate manager's role in planning projects, major renovations, tendering and procuring expert services
Knows tools to be able to manage budgets and carry out cost analyzes related to property management
Gains communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders such as the housing company's co-owners and residents, contractors and colleagues.
Knows relevant legislation and regulations governing property management, including the Housing Corporation Act, tenancy laws, building codes and environmental regulations.
Able to identify and resolve common problems related to property management, such as maintenance needs, financial challenges and conflicts with condominium co-owners and residents.
Can use technology and digital tools and becomes familiar with the housing data system. The goal is to introduce the participants to relevant technical tools and systems that facilitate property management and financial reporting
