- can plan, apply, document, evaluate and develop confirmation work, relief management activities and camp activities within the church
- can situationally respond to and support young people individually and in groups

- the theological basis of confirmation and the confirmation plan
- confirmation pedagogy
- various forms of writing school - digital confirmation work
- auxiliary leadership activities
- the materials and methods of confirmation work
- cultural sensitive and inclusive approach
