Lecture and Individual assignments. Group assignments.
Exam schedules
Rehearsal hearings are held via Moodle.
Unfinished assignments are received until 1.5.2025.

Assessment methods and criteria
The course is evaluated on the basis of assignments performed, presentations of assignments and the recurrence hearing. All information shall be made for approved performance and the recurrence hearings shall be approved.
All submissions should be completed and approved before 1.5.2025 Late submissions may negatively impact grades

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)
Oral competence: Justifiable presentation skills characterized by partly stylistically inappropriate language, unstructured content and lack of commitment.
Written competence: Defensible written ability that shows uncertainty regarding writing rules and to express oneself in writing.
Information retrieval and reference systems: Ability to find sources of a task but the sources are superficial and elementary. Trying to use a reference system and succeed to some extent.
Reporting: Ability to set up a report showing some of the rules for the standard layout. The language is poor and there are errors, but the text of the report is understandable.
Business letter: Know the process of a written business negotiation in broad strokes and the terminology used in the field. Inadequate documentation.
Assessment criteria, good (3-4)
Oral competence: Good presentation skills characterized by structured content, appropriate language and positive attitude.
Written competence: Good writing skills that show that the writer has mastered writing rules and has a sense of style.
Information retrieval and reference systems: Good ability to gather reliable sources of a task. Good ability to use a reference system in a working manner.
Reporting: Good ability to set up a transparent report in accordance with the standard layout rules. The language is understandable and functional.
Business letter: Good ability to draw up documents related to a written business negotiation, know the process and use the associated terminology.

Oral competence: Commendable presentation skills that are characterized by thoughtful and well-structured content, clear and versatile language and positive attitude to the subject and situation. A knowledgeable impression is given.
Written competence: Commendable writing skills that show that the writer uses a versatile, stylish and flawless written language.
Information retrieval and reference systems: A commendable ability to critically search for reliable and credible sources of a task. Commendable ability to use one or more reference systems and know the uses.
Reporting; Commendable ability to set up a well-structured and visually appealing report. The report text is well written, adapted to the subject and error-free.
Business letters: Commendable ability to make clear and clear documents related to a written business negotiation, uses and is familiar with related terminology.
