Students can describe basic principles for property security and identify common security risks
Students can identify basic property engineering problems and describe simple solutions

Students can perform simple property valuations using standard methods

Students can identify and prevent basic property engineering problems and implement solutions for them

Students can do real estate valuations using standard methods as well as critically review and compare different valuation results
Students can perform security analyses, develop security strategies and manage security challenges
