Objective
The student can communicate orally and in writing in a structured and linguistic way. The student is aware of different ways of looking for information and can use it as well as can report according to standard arrangements. The student can use the reference system and know the work process for scientific writing.

Oral competence Responsible presentation ability characterized by partially stylistically inappropriate language, unstructured content and lack of commitment. Good presentation ability characterized by structured content, suitable language and positive attitude. Written competence: Responsible written ability demonstrating uncertainty regarding writing rules and expressing themselves in writing. Information retrieval and reference system: Ability to search for sources of a task but the sources are superficial and elementary. Attempt to use a reference system and succeed to some extent. Reporting: Ability to compile a report in which the rules for standard layout are to some extent stated. The language is poor and there are errors, but the report text is understandable. Business Letters: Knows about the process of a written business negotiation in general and the terminology used in the area. Inadequate documentation.

Written competence: Good written ability that shows that the writer has mastered writing rules and has a sense of style. Information retrieval and reference system: Good ability to gather reliable sources for a task. Good ability to use a reference system in a functional way. Reporting: Good ability to prepare a clear report in accordance with the rules for standard layout. The language is understandable and functional. Business letter: Good ability to make documents that belong to a written business negotiation, know the process and use associated terminology.

A knowledgeable impression is given. Written competence: Excellent writing ability that shows that the writer uses a versatile, clean and flawless written language. Information retrieval and reference system: Excellent ability to critically search for reliable and credible sources of a task. Excellent ability to use one or more reference systems and to know their uses. Reporting: Excellent ability to produce a well-structured and visually appealing report. The report text is well written, adapted to the subject and error free. Business letter: Excellent ability to make clear and clear documents that belong to a written business negotiation, uses and is familiar with associated terminology.
