Able to meet certain energy efficiency requirements and use appropriate software.
Can give an account of various retrofit measures. Know what the building's lifetime may include.
Can compile a simple energy simulation and cost estimate.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Able to collect energy efficiency requirements and use appropriate software.
Can give an account of various retrofit measures. Understands how the scope of the remediation affects the functional life of the building.
Can compile an energy simulation and cost estimate.
