dimensioning of the shear-loaded screw connection
dimensioning of the axially loaded screw connection
dimensioning of the corner plate joint
dimensioning of the glue bar connection
"dimensioning of the board joint"
fire dimensioning

The student is able to identify
mechanical operation of joints
joints breakage
weaknesses and strengths of joints
the effect of joints on wood cracking
the effects of combining different materials on wood cracking
the effect of the joints on the acoustics
