The Student:
- can describe the history and mission of youth work in today's Church and society
- can plan, lead, apply, document, evaluate and develop the Church's youth and special youth work.
- can apply suitability-promoting and resource-enhancing methods in meeting individuals and groups.
- can interact with parish employees, volunteers and other actors to support youth development and participation.

- spiritual work among young people
