The Student:

- knows the employee's rights and obligations in different work communities
- can follow and promote organizations' goals and strategies
- have skills in professional interaction and can actively work for their own and the work community's work health
-can communicate and work in the Church and society to denounce distress and realize social justice
- has the ability and tools to take care of one's own well-being at work
