The student

- can efficiently use a farm company's own production data to perform basic economic calculations

The course contains the following:
- description of the most important economic concepts at farm level (resources, costs, revenues, results and productivity)
- description and analysis of the relationship between economic and production technology
- farm management at farm level - purpose and overview of the most important methods
- application of the farm management's basic tools at farm level - coverage contribution calculations for plant and animal production
- information on information in the economical part of the farm practice book
