The student:

Students:
- Know the basics of lighting technology
- Know the basics of sound engineering
- Know the basics of woodworking
- Know the basics of make-up
- Can act as a lighting technician in a stage production project
- Can plan a simple lighting design for a performance
- Can build up all the necessary elements for sound engineering
- Can plan and produce sound for a performance
- Masters several make-up techniques: neutral make-up, fantasy make-up, wounds, wrinkles and tattoos.
- Recognises the importance of safety in electrical engineering
- Is aware of the importance of light and sound as theatre characters
- Strives to use all visual and auditory cues to create meaning in theatre.
- Has an understanding of sustainability issues in the theatre industry
