Objective

After passing the course the student is expected to:
- be able to define, identify and describe basic concepts for municipal decision-making and how a real estate sector is organized in a municipality
- be able to understand basic principles for municipal decision-making
- be able to explain and defend the basic principles of how municipal administration works in the field of real estate
- be able to critically evaluate and compare municipal property management

Know the principles of municipal decision-making and property regulations in the retail planning area

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Know how a real estate sector is organized in a municipality and the specific tasks that belong to such an organization and
knows the principles for the compilation of binding plot division

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Master the execution of legal cadastral survey within the area of detailed plan
Knows about the land policy funds and their importance for the general development of the municipality
