Can search in the most important law collections and provide simple answers regarding building permits and simpler environmental permits, and know the basics of different building permit and environmental permitting procedures.
- Knows the basics in various procedures for building permits, road planning and environmental permits. Knows some basic principles of public law and administrative law and can seek legal cases public database
- Have a basic understanding of different permits and permit processes and have a readiness to compile simple applications, and explain how but to manage them.

- Knows about procedures for building permits, road planning, environmental permits and environmental impact assessment. Know the basic principles of public law and administrative law.
- Knows the significance of the most common permits and procedures and can justify measures based on common interpretation practice and requirements. Can compile applications for consstruction projects

Can search in the most important law collections and gives precise answers regarding building permits and simpler environmental permits, and can seek legal cases in public database and make simple interpretations of them
- Know well the procedures for building permits, road planning, environmental permits and environmental impact assessment. Know the basic principles of public law and the Administrative Law.
- Understands the importance of permits and procedures and can justify actions and remarks based on common interpretative practice and requirements. Can compile complete applications for construction projects
