Objective

After passing the course the student is expected to:
- be able to define and identify what you mean by special measurements
- be able to understand basic principles for different types of special measurements
- be able to explain and defend the basic principles of special measurements
- be able to compare and critically evaluate measurement methods for different types of special measurement problems, both in theory and in practice

Content

- definition of special measurements
- assessment of different measurement conditions in different media (air, water)
- industrial measurements
- sea measurements
- deformation measurements
- remediation measurements
- positioning of various animals / objects / vehicles
- etc.

The student shall be familiar with the most common special measurements.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student shall be able to plan and carry out special measurements.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student shall be able to analyze special measurements in view of their quality aspects.
