The student:
- has adequate knowledge of dimensioning and calculating smaller concrete and masonry structures in order to be able to choose a sustainable, environmentally sound and economical construction alternative for a residential building.

Content

- Basic dimensioning principles for concrete and masonry structures
- Design of simple beam and pillar constructions
- Planning and theory regarding concrete element constructions (wall elements, hollow joists, etc.)
- Exercises
