Can outline and design a simple plan for a larger site and a larger apartment.
Knows some concepts from Finnish architectural history, building regulations for housing planning and the building right concepts.
Knows about the iterative development of design and knows about various sub-problems in housing design in commercial construction operations.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
Can outline a functional family apartment and an associated plot.
Can take out building rights and requirements and know the most central concepts from architectural history and requirements for housing planning and barrier-free requirements.
Understands the iterative development of design processes and knows various sub-problems in housing design in relation to commercial housing developments.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
Can outline an efficient and functional family apartment and an associated plot.
Can take out building rights and requirements and know central concepts from architectural history and requirements for housing design and barrier-free design.
Can develop good design solutions taking into account given criteria and taking into account requirements that are set in commercial development operations.
