Objective

The goal of the course is that after the course the student should understand the basic physical and chemical principles of the process systems, be able to execute basic dimension analysis, understand and be able to execute basic balance equation calculations, and have a basic knowledge in the basic principles of common unit processes and transport processes in the process technology.

The student has good skills in the principles of material transport in process systems.
The student has good skills in the principles of heat transfer in process systems.
