Objective

After passing the course the student is expected to:
• Be able to define, identify and describe basic concepts in robotics
• Know what things should be considered when planning robotics applications
• Know the basic principles of robot safety
• Be able to plan simple robot tools based on the robot's working principles
• Be able to plan robot cells
• Be able to create useful robot programs via off-line programming
• Be able to use the robot's own I / O system
• Rapid programming

Content

The course content is as follows:
• Designations and concepts related to robotics
• Robots, their function and applications
• robot safety
• Robot tools
• Different types of signals related to tools and other automation equipment
• Structure of robotic cells with robotic studio
• Off-line programming with robot studio
• On-line programming

Qualifications

Hydraulic and Pneumatic, Automatic Control and Measure Systems

Assessment criteria, good (3)

• Know the most common terms in robotics
• Know the basic principles and safety requirements for robotic pram framing
• Can construct simple robotic cells

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

• Can build advanced robotic cells and do advanced simulations for optimization purposes
• Can change code based on automatically generated code and modified code to better suit different tasks

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Passed exam, approved exercises and exercises.
