Objective

The student:
- knows the service system and interprofessional cooperation in occupational health care / adult health care and can use various sustainable resource enhancing models and methods in health care work
- is able to plan, implement and evaluate the follow-up of the employee and the health of the work community and support the maintenance of work ability
- can assess the effect of work, work society and the environment on health
- can plan, implement and evaluate the follow-up of the health and functional capacity of the unemployed and the elderly
- can identify and meet service needs of the elderly and unemployed in interprofessional working groups and networks
