The Student:
- can identify goals, strategies, visions, and development needs in the social field of activity
- has knowledge of practical leadership functions, human resources and financial management, administrative procedures, and management principles in the social field
- is prepared to act as a team leader for a working community in the social field, considering ethical principles and sustainable development
- is prepared to review, reflect on and define development needs in his own leadership
