- can guide people with disabilities in terms of rights and forms of service.

- is able to consider accessibility aspects in client work and knows about alternatives and supplementary communication.

- diagnoses and living conditions for people with disabilities in different life situations
- the service user perspective, the family- and kinship perspective, legal certainty and participation
