• The students have insight of the work to plan, carry out and evaluate the company’s operation from a leadership perspective
• The students have knowledge about what work as a manager means within field of interest and have basic preparedness to function as a manager in the beauty industry
• The students have developed a deeper insight in fields of the beauty industry
• The students can reflect over own work effort and create own competence plan
• The student can analyze organizational culture and give proposals for development
• The students have developed their own profession by reflecting on their leadership style in different work situations

Internship weeks 10-22, 3 March - 30 May 2025 at own internship place.

According to the supervisor´s instructions at the internship place.
Students follow the thesis writing instructions for Novia UAS.
