Internship weeks 10-22, 2nd March-29th May 2026

Internship Seminar 2nd June 2026, 9:00-13:00 via Teams (Mandatory). Link in Moodle

Students follow the thesis writing instructions for Novia UAS.

Teaching methods

- The student independently searches for an internship position within the relevant industry.
- The student informs their Novia supervisor (Johanna) about the proposed internship.
- The student emails the following information to the Novia supervisor:
- Information about the company
- The company’s supervisor
- Details regarding the internship tasks and objectives
- The company’s FO number
- The student waits for the internship agreement from Novia and, in the meantime, ensures that the workplace has received the documentation.
- The internship begins at the agreed-upon time, provided that the agreement is signed and returned to Novia.

During the internship, the student records their working hours, prepares an internship report, and presents their experiences during the seminar.

Internship is carried out in working life.

Exam schedules

Approved internship, approved internship report and internship documents.
Individual feedback is given by the supervisor at the internship place. Feedback is given at the webinar.
