After the course, the students should have an overall picture of practical leadership's various areas, such as personnel management and organization of the construction site. Furthermore, the student has a basic understanding of the importance of group dynamics and motivation.

· Different perspectives on leadership, leadership styles and discussion of what good leadership means in today's and tomorrow's working life.
· How to build and maintain an effective team
· Communication, feedback
· Workplace atmosphere, psychology, psychological safety, impact on health, workplace bullying
· How is trust created?
· What motivates us? Can a leader motivate and if so how?
· Conflict management, stress management
