Objective
The student will be able to:
- use basic calculation rules and formulas to simplify and process mathematical expressions
- solve polynomial and rational equations
- solve linear equation systems algebraically and graphically
- construct and analyse first- and second-degree functions
- formulate and solve mathematical problems based on the above points
- use technical aids for calculations and graphs (e.g. MathCad and CAS calculators)
