Objective
To equip students with understanding and methods of decision-making in the business and leadership context. Identify, analyze, and evaluate an organizations internal and external data in order to facilitate a more robust decision-making process. To provide approaches to both deal-with and benefit-from using data. To introduce Excel tools used for the purpose of both predictive and prescriptive analysis.
