To provide students with the skill to use different digital tools needed in their field of business. The students will demonstrate competency by completing individual projects.

Learning Objectives:
The student can use programs for digital communication and can visually present processes and organizational structures.

Studieperiodens (kursens) innehåll

Content of the study unit
Software to create presentations (eg. Microsoft Sway and PowerPoint), digital tools for communication in the team (eg. Microsoft SharePoint, PowerApps, OneDrive, and Teams), tools for visually presenting processes and organizational structures (eg Microsoft Visio)

The student will look through the LinkedIn Learning video material assigned by the instructor and make notes based on the videos. Practical tasks, that are based on video material are done and presented as a screen recording.

Practical tasks are divided into the following parts: A) Digital collaboration tools, B) Creating a basic app, C) Presentation tools, and D) Creating organizational and process charts.

Assessment criteria – satisfactory (1-2)
Sufficient (1) and Satisfactory (2)
The student hands in a presentation video where practical tasks are presented. At least 60% (grade 1) and 70% (grade 2) of the practical tasks are done according to instructions.

Assessment criteria
Good (3)
The student hands in a good presentation video where practical tasks are presented.
At least 75% of the practical tasks are done according to instructions. The student has looked through all video material assigned by the instructor and handed in notes based on the videos.

Very good (4)
The student hands in a very good presentation video where practical tasks are presented.
Most of the practical tasks are very well done according to instructions. The student has looked through all video material assigned by the instructor and handed in well-structured notes based on the videos.
