Studieperiodens (kursens) innehåll

Content of the study unit
Analyzing and visually presenting big data in Excel with advanced functions, PivotTables, and Business intelligence tools in Excel (Power Query and Power Pivot) and charts.
Analyzing and visually presenting big data with Microsoft Power BI.

The student will look through the LinkedIn Learning video material assigned by the tutor and make notes based on the videos. Practical tasks, that are based on video material are done and presented as a screen recording.

Practical tasks are divided into the following parts: A) Advanced Excel functions, B) PivotTables and graphs in Excel, C) Excel Business Intelligence, and D) Power BI

Sufficient (1) and Satisfactory (2)
The student hands in a presentation video where practical tasks are presented. At least 60% (grade 1) / 70% (grade 2) of the practical tasks are done according to instructions.

The student hands in a good presentation video where practical tasks are presented.
At least 75% of the practical tasks are done according to instructions. The student has looked through all video material assigned by the instructor and handed in notes based on the videos.

The student hands in a very good presentation video where practical tasks are presented.
Most of the practical tasks are very well done according to instructions. The student has looked through all video material assigned by the instructor and handed in well-structured notes based on the videos.
