Objective
The student widens his understanding of organization theory and its importance in today’s industrial environment. Furthermore, the student strengthens his insight concerning the importance of balancing business ideas, customer expectations and experiences to organizational structuring. The student understands individual/team behaviour in organizations and strengthens and establishes strategies in developing, growing and changing businesses. The students will develop decision making skills regarding the organizational mix between in-house processes versus subcontracting and outsourcing linked to value creation.

Organization theory, trends and future. Different paradigms, strategies and structures of organizations. Rapid market changes, the slower organizational changes and the very slow individual changes. How to change organizations. Learning in organizations. The entrepreneurial spirit, Operational excellence and organizing for the future. About exits.
