- has skills to plan, manage and realize participation in processes
- understands how conflicts begin and is able to discuss values and attitudes with different groups of people
- is able to handle conflicts which arise in natural resource management in a professional and constructive manner

Studieperiodens (kursens) innehåll

A course aimed at developing skills in how to manage conflicts at different levels (working-team level, organization level, societal) though participatory processes.

50-60% or 60-70% of the maximum number of credits in the assignments earned, respectively.

Bedömningskriterier, goda-synnerligen goda (3-4)

70-80% or 80-90% of the maximum number of credits in the assignments earned, respectively.

Bedömningskriterier, berömliga (5)

90-100% of the maximum number of credits in the assignments earned.
