Objective
The learning goals of the study period (course)
After completing this course, the student is expected to:
• be able to choose an artistic expression that corresponds to how they see and interpret the surrounding world, and be able to use drawing to process the results
• be able to use different drawing tools, materials and techniques
• be able to visualise their ideas
• be familiar with basic of sketching techniques
• be able to apply their learned skills in their own daily work
Content
Execution and presentation of work.
Location and time
All teaching and group activities will be held online the first year.

-Virtual studio visits with teacher(s) and students
-Individual artistic practice, training and experiments

Assessment criteria, approved/failed
To be approved, the student needs to attend at least 85 percent of the contact teaching hours, submit requested homework and attend presentations.
The student is rejected if he or she does not carry out presentations of his / her own work according to agreement, has too little attendance during teaching or does not submit homework.

The students meets the expectations in the course competences.
Assessment methods and criteria
The course will be assessed on the basis of attendance and submissions of assignments.
Attendance requirement: 85 percent.
If the student is absent from contact teaching (maximum 20 percent), this can be compensated by written or practical assignments.
