Objective
After passing the course the student is expected to:
- be able to identify and describe additive manufacturing methods
- have an insight into the benefits of additive manufacturing
- be able to analyze designs and evaluate the suitability for additive manufacturing
- be able to understand the limitations of additive manufacturing and how they should be taken into account in the design work
- be able to perform topology optimization
