Objective
The student will be able to:
- identify health problems involving the skin, hair and nails
- identify health problems involving the eyes and ears
- identify health problems involving the neurologic function
- identify abnormal findings that might indicate an impairment in the function of the eyes, ears or the integumentary system
- use the nursing process as a framework for providing individualized care to patients with integumentary-, neurologic-, and eye- or ear disorders
- prioritize the patient’s needs for nursing care, act correctly on those, and document them, based on the national classification system
- apply insights into altered integumentary-, neurologic- and eye and ear functions to all nursing contexts
Content
The student will be able to:
