Objective
Student:
- understands the importance of diversity in working life and the challenges and opportunities that diversity brings
- have tools to adapt their operations to prevailing circumstances at the workplace
- is aware of the importance of values and attitudes in multicultural interaction situations
- understands the importance of creating a tolerant and encouraging atmosphere in interaction situations
- understands the importance of creating a sense of trust
- must be able to identify and develop an understanding that different cultures have different "practices"/approaches, rules, social norms and thought patterns
