Objective

The students
- knows what a Sustainable Food System is.
- knows different kinds of Alternative Food Networks and understands the benefits with a Local Food System and a Local Economic System.
- knows different kinds of models for activity.
- knows the basis of profitability, Customer Centric Systems and Marketing.

Content

- Introduction to Sustainable Food Systems, Alternative Food Systems, Local Food systems and Local Economic systems.
- Different models of activity and entrepreneurship.
- Profitabilty, Customer Centric strategy and Marketing
- Distribution, Logistics and Selling of produce, Artisan food and food without additives
- the Loopa method
- Own plan of activity according to the Loopa-method.

Location and time

Distance teaching in Moodle. Contact teaching three times via Teams.

Materials

Books, articles, videos and other study material according to instructions from the teachers.Students need access to a computer with an internet connection. Students also need a headset with a microphone.
