Objective

The Student:
- can describe the history and mission of youth work in today's Church and society."
- can plan, lead, apply, document, evaluate and develop the Church's youth and special youth work.
-can apply suitability-promoting and resource-enhancing methods in meeting individuals and groups.
-can interact with parish employees, volunteers and other actors to support youth development and participation.

- history, current state, and future visions of youth work
- participatory and outreach approaches
- spiritual work among young people
- digital youth work
- special youth work and work among young adults
- inter-professional work, cooperation with schools, youth organizations and other actors
- creative methods

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student demonstrates superficial competence and basic understanding of the subject

The student demonstrates a competence that is related and linked to the literature
The student can reflect and motivate from his/her point of view

The student has an immerse competence and shows a deeper understanding of the subject in relation to the upcoming profession

Assessment criteria, fail (0)

The student does not demonstrate the most elementary knowledge in the subject. The student shows repeated misunderstandings of the phenomena and the subject
