    Competence objectives of the study unit
    The Student:
    - has knowledge of young people's living conditions, resources, and access to support.
    - can, on a theological basis, plan, lead, apply, document, evaluate and develop the Church's youth and special youth work.
    -can proactively apply suitability-promoting and resource-enhancing methods in meeting individuals and groups.
    -can interact with parish employees, volunteers and other actors to support youth development and participation.
