Students will understand the social, economic, and ecological dimensions of sustainability and how these interact in ecosocial transitions.
Students will be able to analyze how ecological and social factors influence social issues, such as inequality, marginalization, and health, and how social work can help address these.
Students will be able to identify and apply ecosocial principles in practical work situations, including client work, community-based interventions, and social mobilization.
