Teaching methods

Led by Swedish based veteran USA Songwriter Alan Roy Scott (credits include Celine Dion, Notorious BIG, Cher, "Top Gun"/Gloria Estefan, Journey, Ray Charles, Cyndi Lauper, etc) in partnership with awarded songwriter Janne Hyöty. This intensive songwriting workshop & camp event will offer a thorough overview of the art and craft of modern songwriting, followed by "hands on" songwriting exercises and co-writing in smaller groups. We will cover the various and necessary methods and elements of the whole current songwriting "package" (melody, lyrics, chords, production), followed by the daily group collaborations with instructions, examples, and briefs on what to write in different genres and styles then finish each day with a small presentation of the songs written. Songwriters, top-liners, producers and artists welcome!

• Songwriters, Producers, Topliners, Musicians, music teachers who want to develop songwriting skills on an international level.

Former skills:
• Basic knowledge in songwriting and/or musicproduction.
