The goal is for the participants to have a basic knowledge of concepts, ways of thinking and measures to strengthen social sustainability. Furthermore, the participants must anchor and concretize these questions in a concrete business environment, preferably their own.
Content
Competence supply is the major challenge for more and more companies today. How to attract talented employees and how to get them to stay and get involved? You will learn that in this course. These questions are closely connected with occupational health and social sustainability in working life, which we will try to show.
What is meant by social sustainability and why does it concern us?
How can our organization attract talented employees and engage them?
The young generation in the labor market is actually different. We will discuss some things that place new demands on employers.
The links between social sustainability, ethics, humanity and politics.
