- a basic knowledge of battery technology.
Content
Part 1: What is going on with the battery?
- basic electrical concepts (charge, current, voltage, resistance)
- measurement of current and voltage
- the battery in a context (DC circuits)
- Ohm's law
- Kirschoff's Laws
- battery capacity and energy
- parallel and series connection
Part 2: What happens inside the battery?
- the principle of a galvanic element
- different battery chemistries
- discharge/recharge
