Objective

Course Objectives (Learning Outcomes):

After completing this course, the student will be able to:
- Understand the fundamental principles of Human Resource Management (HRM)
- Identify and apply strategies for recruitment, motivation, performance management, and employee development.
- Analyze the impact of organizational culture, leadership, and communication on team performance and well-being.
- Evaluate ethical considerations and legal frameworks related to employment, equality, and workplace behavior.
- Develop practical HR and leadership skills relevant for modern, diverse, and digital organizations.

Content

Introduction to Human Resource Management:

- History, concepts, and functions.
- Recruitment and Selection: Building teams, job descriptions, and interviewing techniques.
- Motivation and Employee Engagement: Theories of motivation and strategies for retention.
- Leadership and Communication: Leadership styles, emotional intelligence, and effective communication.
- Workplace Ethics and Legal Aspects: Equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI), conflict management, and labor law basics.
- HR in the Digital Era: AI in recruitment, remote leadership, and HR analytics.
- Strategic HRM: Linking HR practices to organizational goals and sustainability.

Exhibits comprehensive and deep understanding of HR concepts and management principles. Applies HR strategies creatively and insightful in assignments and practices. Demonstrates advanced reflection on personal leadership style and its organizational impact. Uses digital tools innovatively and effectively.
